- Against the backdrop of the deep alignment of China’s national strategies for building a leading transportation power and advancing integrated cultural tourism development, intelligent transportation technologies—represented by big data, artificial intelligence, vehicle-infrastructure cooperation, and digital twins—are breaking down the traditional boundaries between the transportation and cultural tourism sectors. They have emerged as a core driving force reshaping travel experiences and fostering new business formats and models.Meanwhile, prominent practical challenges persist: mismatches between travel supply and demand during holidays, traffic congestion in popular scenic areas, fragmented intermodal connecting services, and unclear development pathways for transportation-tourism integration. There is an urgent need for systematic interdisciplinary research across multiple dimensions, including theoretical frameworks, technological innovation, industrial practice, and policy governance.Centered on the theme of "transportation-tourism integration", this track focuses on the innovative application of intelligent transportation technologies in the cultural tourism field and the development paths for deep integration between the two sectors. It aims to build an interdisciplinary exchange platform for scholars, industry practitioners, and policymakers in transportation engineering, tourism management, information technology and other related fields. Participants will jointly explore cutting-edge theories, key technologies and practical cases of transportation-tourism integration in the digital intelligence era, and promote high-quality coordinated development of intelligent transportation and the cultural tourism industry. This track welcomes original submissions covering theoretical research, technological research and development, case analysis, and policy discussion. Innovative research outcomes from cross-disciplinary and cross-industry perspectives are particularly encouraged.
