Summary:
· This special call for papers focuses on "Transportation Infrastructure Upgrading and Sustainable Development." It aims to gather wisdom and research findings, and to conduct an in-depth discussion on how to push transportation infrastructure to a higher level of development under today's background, so as to achieve the organic unity of economic, social and environmental benefits.
